Q1: What is the “Top up and Win” campaign?

This is a campaign will be designed to encourage customers to move away from recharging using voucher cards but will encourage customers to recharge via digital channels (Zamtel Mobile Money and other digital channels)

Q2: Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?

The campaign is open to all new & existing Zamtel customers who recharge with a minimum of K5 weekly via Zamtel Mobile Money or any digital channel with fully KYCed Zamtel Sim cards and must be 18 Years or older. Note that physical recharges will be allowable in the first month of the campaign

Q3: How do I participate in the Campaign ?

Simply recharge with a minimum of K5 via Zamtel Mobile Money or any digital channel.

Q4: How can I check for my entries for the campaign?

You can check entries by dialing *9595# ****Note that customers will able to see their accumulated points the next day- points are updated midnight of each day

Q5: How will I Know When I have successfully entered into the campaign?

You will receive an SMS confirmation upon a successful recharge of K5 or higher

Q6: I missed a call from the calling number for the campaign, what must I do to claim my prize?

Eligible winners will be called three (3) times, if a participant does not pick up upon the third attempt, the draw will be re-run to pick another winner .

Q7: What happens when I recharge with a physical recharge after the first month of the campaign?

The recharge will not be considered as a valid entry

Q8: Will physical recharges be considered for the final draw?

No, physical recharges will not be considered in the final draw, only digital recharges will be considered for the final draw

Q9: What do I have to do to be eligible to win a Trolley dash or Shopping voucher?

You must recharge with a minimum of K5 using Zamtel Mobile Money or any other digital channel to stand a chance to win

Terms and Conditions

i. The promotion will only be open to all new & existing Zamtel mobile prepaid customers with fully registered Zamtel SIM cards, who recharge with a minimum of K5.00 via Zamtel Mobile Money and any other EVD channels.

ii. Physical recharges of K5 and above will be considered to be valid entries into the promotion in the first month of the promotion but will fall off in the subsequent months of the promotion and will not be considered for the grand draw.

iii. EVD channels include Banks, Kazang, Konse Konse 543, WhatsApp recharge, My Zamtel App .

iv. All numbers under LTE Brand, PSTN, FTTH, ADSL and Mobile Postpaid shall not be eligible to participate in the promotion.

v. The number of points accumulated will be equivalent to the number of entries into the draw.

vi. The points accumulated in each week will only be entries valid for that week only. The entries must be zeroed for the following week (Week beginning Friday 00:00am to Thursday 23:59pm). ll be in the last month of the promotion with the exception of the physical recharges.

vii. The total points accumulated in each week for the duration of the promotion will be consolidated for the grand prize which will be in the last month of the promotion with the exception of the physical recharges.

viii. Customers will be able to check for their weekly entries and grand prize entry via USSD *9595#.

ix. Customers will receive a success message of entering into the draw with applicable points obtained upon meeting all the eligibility requirements.

x. The draws will be conducted weekly every Friday at 15:00hrs through a random draw application.

xi. Winners will be drawn electronically using a secure and dedicated “Draw Application” that will capture all entries into the promotion from all qualifying recharges.

xii. The promotion is NOT open to Zamtel members of staff; their spouses, their parents and their children

xiii. All winners will be contacted after the draws are conducted.

xiv. Prize money won through the promotion will be sent to the customer's Zamtel Mobile Money account upon meeting all the eligibility requirements. .
