How to Recharge

To Top-Up your LTE number, follow any one of these simple options below:

With a Scratch Card From any 095 number dial *113*input recharge numbers*input your LTE number starting with 095# and send. E.G *113*xxxxxxxxxx*0955123456#

From the Zamtel Connect App select the Airtime Top-up icon and follow the prompts on the screen.

Using Zamtel Share (Airtime Transfer) Share airtime credit using any 095 number (provided the number has sufficient credit), dial*445*enter pin*input your LTE number starting with 095*amount# and send. E.G *445*0000*095123456*250# Send

How to Buy Bundles

To buy a bundle for your LTE number, ensure there is sufficient airtime available on your LTE number, then follow any one of these simple steps below:

Using The Zamtel Connect App Add your LTE number as a secondary service line under the manage lines options on the settings icon.

Once you have added your LTE line, select the icon for Minutes and Data. From the menu provided, you will be given options that are respective to your number. Select your preferred bundle and enjoy the 4.5G browsing experience.

Using USSD To buy a bundle using USSD, simply dial *355# select option 5 (Zamtel Home) then procced to select option 3 for LTE Bundles. From the menu displayed select your preferred bundle depending on the available airtime on your number. Select 88 to specify the number to purchase the bundle on and proceed to confirm the purchase.

To Check Balance

To check your LTE balance dial *355# select option 5 (Zamtel Home) then proceed to select option 5 for bundle balance

Select 88 to specify the number to check bundle balance for and proceed to confirm.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer only applies to Zamtel customers on the LTE Service.

2. The term "anniversary date" in the terms and conditions below shall refer to the date when a customer first earned the 5GB bonus and every date, 30 days' consequent to that.

3. Every existing customer on LTE following the launch of this offer, will qualify for 5GB Bonus upon their 1st purchase of a standard bundle.

4. New customers will get their 5GB bonus when they make their first purchase after activation.

5. The consequent 5GB bonus will be given on the anniversary date (30 days from last bonus) on condition that the customer makes at least one more purchase of a standard bundle in the last 30 days after the last bonus.

6. If a customer exceeds 30 days without a purchase of a standard bundle, they will not receive the bonus for the next anniversary date. However, the next purchase qualifies the customer for bonus on the following anniversary date.

7. 5 GB bonus will be valid for 30 days from the date it is credited.

8. Any unused balance from the 5GB bonus bundle will not be accumulated in the event that it is not depleted within the stipulated time.

9. Purchase of Top-up bundles will not qualify a customer for the 5 GB bonus.

10.Customers who default purchase of a standard bundle within the 11 Month cycle will not qualify for a double bonus in the following month nor will they have an extension to the 11-month cycle.

11.The 5GB Bonus bundle can be used at any time of the day regardless of when it is credited.

Opting into this offer shall be open for a period of 90 days, however, each subscribed customer will have their 11 months' bonus run from the date they first qualify.
