Sydney is a seasoned Engineer and technology leader. He brings to Zamtel 12 years experience in planning, designing, operating and modernizing of Telecommunication networks in Central and East Africa. At Zamtel, he is tasked with driving the Technology Strategy of Zamtel that will see network modernization to enhance quality and availability of services.
Sydney holds a Master's Degree in Communication Engineering (University of Manchester, UK) and Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Telecommunication (University of Zambia).
Sydney worked for Ericsson East Africa as Head of Design & Planning and for Celtel as Senior Planning Engineer. At Ericsson, Sydney setup the Design and Planning Organisation which was responsible for technology roadmap and migration for Airtel networks in the region. While at Celtel, Sydney was involved in the establishment of the Planning Section and planned the network which saw growth from a few hundreds of thousand subscribers to over two million subscribers.
Sydney's dynamic personality enabled him to successfully handle Sales. While at Ericsson, Sydney brought to the Company tens of millions of dollars in revenue when he was a Senior Customer Solution Sales Manager.
Sydney is the current chairman of the National Task Force on Digital Migration of Television for the Republic of Zambia.

Jason Mwanza is a seasoned Engineer with over 15 years of telecommunication experience spanning across Network Planning, Implementation, Operations and Project Management. He is responsible for the delivery of the technology strategy and capabilities across the business. As CTIO, he is leading digital transformation by introducing data analytics, business intelligence, software development and information security.
His achievements include implementation of network modernization and expansion by rolling out 4G sites based on LTE2300, LTE1800 and LTE450 technologies, migration of site power plants from diesel and commercial power dependence to green energy - predominantly Solar Powered sites to assure constant network availability.
Jason holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Master of Business Administration from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and Edinburg Business School – Heriot Watt University in Scotland respectively. He is also a graduate of the Copperbelt University in Zambia where he obtained BEng Electrical/Electronics – Telecommunications.
He is the Chairperson of the Technical Committee of the Council of ICT Association of Zambia (ICTAZ) and also a member of the Cyclists Association of Zambia.

Jonathan Bwembya Malama is a legal practitioner and advocate of the High Court of Zambia with several years of practice experience.
Jonathan was called to the bar in January 2004.
He holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and a basic Commercial Law Training in Stock Broking and Investment Advisory.
He joined Zamtel in February 2013 as Legal Counsel and also serves as Company Secretary for Zamtel Mobile Money Limited (a subsidiary of Zamtel).
Between 2008-09, Jonathan undertook consultancy work for the Zambia AIDS-Law Research and Advocacy Network to review all Zambian Laws with a focus on provisions covering HIV/AIDS and human rights.
Jonathan currently serves as Board Member of Advocacy for Child Justice.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Audit and Risk Officer, Kapembwa worked as Senior Manager-Internal Audit at Zamtel from July 2015 to August 2018 when he assumed his current role.
As Senior Manager Internal Audit, Kapembwa transformed and modernised the Zamtel Internal Audit (IA) department, aligning it to the current practices and thinking in the profession.
Kapembwa brings vast local and international experience in audit and risk advisory functional setup and management, having worked in senior management positions at Citibank, Zambia Revenue Authority and the Zambia National Commercial Bank.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in COBIT Foundation - an IT Governance Framework. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) respectively.
Kapembwa serves as Board Member of Stewards Globe Limited and is the current Audit Committee Chairman for the Ministry of Works and Supply Audit Committee.
He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Mulungushi International Conference Centre, Board Member and Standards and Ethics Chair for the Institute of Internal Auditors Zambia, and is a Member of the Technical Committee spearheading the process of drafting the Bill for the establishment of the Zambia Institute of Internal Auditors, a body that is expected to regulate the Internal Audit Profession in Zambia, as approved by Cabinet.

Joshua Malupenga is a qualified Charted Accountant with over 21 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, investments, audit, risk management and human resource management.
Joshua is also a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University in Zambia.
Joshua joined Zamtel in January 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment, he worked for ZSIC Group and Energy Regulation Board as Group Director-Finance and Investments and Director - Finance and Administration respectively.
He currently serves as member of the Finance and Investments Committee of the Board for ZSIC Life Limited and the Audit & Risk Committee for Kafue Gorge Regional Training Center.

Betty Matandiko-Sikana is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with over 15 years of work experience. She is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
A proven strategic planner and change management expert, Betty has worked in various high performing industries.
She rejoined Zamtel in February 2019 following her appointment as Chief-Human Resources and Administration Officer after her earlier stint in the organization from 2013 to 2017.
Betty has also previously served as Human Resources Director for Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company and senior roles at Airtel Zambia and the then Zain Zambia including the then Zambia Wildlife Authority (now The Department of National Parks and Wildlife).
She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Herriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Public Administration – Major) obtained from the University of Zambia.
