i. The promotion is open to new & existing Zamtel mobile prepaid customers with fully KYCed Zamtel SIM cards.
ii. The WINA BONDI promotion is based on a points accumulation model.
iii. A customer must opt-in to the promotion by dialing short code *9595# in order to be eligible for points accumulation.
iv. The opted-in customers will earn points each time they subscribe to any of the qualifying packages through short codes *117#, *115# and My Zamtel App.
v. All numbers under LTE Brand, PSTN, FTTH, ADSL, staff numbers and Mobile Postpaid shall not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
vi. All customers who wish to participate in the campaign must be 18 years or older.
vii. The promotion points accumulation is strictly reserved for the qualifying packages.
viii. The points allocation will vary depending on the purchase channel used by the customer.
ix. The customers subscribing through *115# Zamtel Mobile Money and My Zamtel App will get awarded more points as tabulated in the table than customers who subscribe through short code *117#.
x. The number of points accumulated will be equivalent to the number of entries into the draw.
xi. Draws for winning customers will be done weekly and monthly, with the Grand Draw to be conducted in the last month of the promotion.
xii. The points accumulated in each week will be valid for draws in that week only. The points accumulated in each week will be zeroed at tahe start of the following week (Week beginning Friday 00:00am to Thursday 23:59pm).
xiii. The total points accumulated in each week of a particular month will be eligible for the monthly draw of that month only, after which they will be zeroed at 23:59hrs on the last day of that month.
xiv. The points accumulated in all the weeks of the promotion will be eligible for the Grand Draw, which will take place in the last month of the promotion.
xv. Customers will be able to check for their weekly, monthly and Grand Draw entries via short code *9595#
xvi. The Customer will receive a confirmation message of entry into the Draw including the number of points earned for every successful subscription to a qualifying package.
xvii. The draws will be conducted through a random draw application weekly, monthly and the Grand Draw in the last month of the promotion.
xviii. Winners will be drawn electronically using a secure and dedicated “Draw Application” that will capture all entries into the promotion from all qualifying subscriptions through the respective channels.
xix. The weekly draws will be conducted every Friday at 09:00hrs and announced on the same day of the draw.
xx. The monthly Draws will be run on the first Friday following the close of the previous month.
xxi. The promotion is NOT open to Zamtel members of staff; their spouses, parents, children, close relatives and Zamtel’s direct affiliates.
xxii. All winners will be contacted after the draws are conducted.
xxiii. The winner for the grand prize will be picked from the list of eligible winners from the start to end date of the promotion.
xxiv. In the instance that a customer buys a qualifying package for another number using the “Buy4Other” option, the points for the promotion will be allocated to the number receiving the package and not the number initiating the transaction.
xxv. All Buy4Other transactions will only be considered as eligible transactions on the condition that the recipient of the package had opted into the campaign prior to receiving the package.
xxvi. Consolation prizes will be drawn based on the Zamtel designated regions.
