2.How long is the FREEDOM promotion?

• The promotion will run for 90 days from launch; that is from 27th October 2021 to 25th January 2022

3.Who is eligible for the offer?

• All ZAMTEL prepaid customers

4. How do I access the FREEDOM offers?

• You can access the offers by dialing *422# option4 (ALL-NET FREEDOM)

5. Will my benefits be credited immediately I subscribe to the FREEDOM offer?

• Yes, your benefits will have allocated immediately.

6. What happens to my FREEDOM offer if I have not depleted my allocation within the validity period?

• Your unused benefits will expire unless you re-subscribe to the FREEDOM Offers within the same validity before your existing benefits expire.

7. Can I use my FREEDOM Minutes to call Zamtel Numbers?

• Yes, you can use your FREEDOM Minute benefits to call Zamtel Numbers as well as all other Networks in Zambia.

8. Can I buy FREEDOM Offers for other?

• No, you will not be able to buy FREEDOM offers for another number

9. Will I be able to subscribe to other offers such as Cheza4Eva, Zamtel to Zamtel Offers and All-Networks Offers while having the FREEDOM offers?

• Yes, you will and all offers will run parallel to each other.

10. How can I check the balance for my FREEDOM benefits?

• Dial *422# Select option 6W

11. Can I subscribe to a FREEDOM offer more than once?

• Yes, you can subscribe more than once and benefits will accumulate

Terms & Conditions

1. Multiple purchases will be allowable.

2. Customer will receive benefit immediately the account is debited.

3. All unused benefits will expire when the validity period elapses

4. The minutes will be usable for ALL-NET calls i.e Zamtel and all Networks in Zambia.

5. Offers will be available for purchase through customer main account and Mobile money payment channel.

6. Benefits will accumulative if a customer purchases packages within the same validity multiple times.

7. Offers will be available for purchase on the *422# short code under option 4.

8. The billing rate for the Voice Minutes will be at per second billing. When you make a call for 1 Second, only One second will be deducted from your Minutes.

9. The offers will take usage priority in a case where a customer is subscribed to another offer with longer validity.
